Premium Membership Plans

Monthly Plans

  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no services used
  • Partial refund (50%) within 15 days if minimal services used
  • No refund after 15 days or if premium features accessed

Annual Plans

  • Full refund within 30 days of purchase if no services used
  • Pro-rated refund based on unused months if cancelled early
  • No refund after 6 months of subscription
Profile Verification Services

Document Verification

  • Full refund if verification fails due to our system error
  • No refund if verification fails due to invalid documents
  • Partial refund if verification is cancelled mid-process

Photo Verification

  • Full refund if verification fails due to technical issues
  • No refund if verification fails due to poor photo quality
  • One free re-verification attempt allowed
Communication & Messaging

Message Credits

  • Unused message credits are non-refundable
  • Refund only if messaging system is down for 24+ hours
  • No refund for sent messages or read receipts

Video Calls

  • Full refund if call fails due to our technical issues
  • No refund if call fails due to user's internet/device
  • Rescheduling available for technical failures
